Mr. Moeller is a highly accomplished lawyer with notable experience and qualifications. He graduated from the University of San Carlos in 2012 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, and in 2016 with a Bachelor of Laws. He was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2017. After a short period of private practice, he moved to Australia in 2018 to pursue a Master of Public International Law degree at the University of Queensland, where he graduated at the top of his class, earned a spot on the Dean’s Honor Roll, and received a Pro-Bono Award for his volunteer work at Disability Queensland, a law firm that assists clients with disabilities.
During his time at UQ, he wrote papers on a variety of topics such as International Humanitarian Law, International Development, Sports Law and Corruption, and International Dispute Settlement. He also participated in moot court competitions and was part of a team that won the Asia-Pacific round of the Jean-Pictet competition. He also took a course on International Human Rights Law, where he learned about the rights of refugees and immigrants, and the rights of people with disabilities.
While in Australia, he also provided pro-bono services to the Philippine Consulate in Brisbane, where he helped Filipinos with legal problems and assisted in the processing of their documents. He also worked for Littles Lawyers, a law firm specializing in Personal Injury and Compensation Law located in the Central Business District. He assisted clients in the preparation of their claims, and represented them in court and in negotiations with insurance companies.
In 2021, he returned to the Philippines to continue his legal career with MN Law, where he has experience in labor, corporate, and criminal law. He also holds advanced qualifications in legal practice with the Bureau of Immigration and the Intellectual Property Office. Additionally, he has extensive experience with the finance industry and has a keen interest in sport, fitness, and travel. He is committed to providing high-quality legal services to his clients, and is always looking for ways to expand his knowledge and skills.
