Ms. Palma is an accomplished professional who holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Accounting from the University of San Carlos, which she obtained in 2013. Additionally, she holds a Juris Doctor Non-Thesis from the same university, which she earned in 2019.

Ms. Palma successfully passed the 2019 Bar Examination and was subsequently admitted to the bar in August 2020. Prior to joining the esteemed law firm of MN Law, Ms. Palma gained valuable experience as an associate in a Cebu-based law firm, where she practiced in the areas of civil law, commercial law, and labor law for nearly a year.

In February 2021, Ms. Palma joined MN Law as an associate lawyer and has since been practicing in a variety of legal areas, including Property Law, Commercial Law, Labor Law, Family Law, Civil Law, Immigration Law, and Criminal Law. She has provided her clients with exceptional legal assistance on a variety of projects, including tax-free exchanges, the establishment of companies in the Philippines for foreign clients, legal due diligence in connection with the sale or purchase of land, registration of transfers of real property with the Bureau of Internal Revenue, Register of Deeds, and other relevant government agencies, annotations on land titles, settlement of estates, and original registration of land titles. Furthermore, she has assisted foreign clients in processing Philippine visa applications, Alien Employment Permits (AEPs), and filing petitions to lift blacklist orders.

Ms. Palma has also completed the Philippine Immigration Laws, Policies, Procedures, and Accreditation Seminar (PILPPAS) and the Advanced Intellectual Property Licensing Course. In addition, she is an active member of the IBP Cebu City Chapter.
