Bernadette Guanine Barte is a CPA-Lawyer, holding a Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Carlos and gaining admission to the Philippine Bar in December 2023.
In addition to her legal qualifications, Bernadette is a Certified Public Accountant. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy from the University of San Carlos, graduating cum laude in 2018. She successfully passed the CPA Board exam in the same year, showcasing her proficiency in the field. Bernadette has prior experience as an accounting intern at RP Mora & Co. and The University of San Carlos Schotel.
